Our Staff

CSLOT’s staff is comprised of clinical and administrative team members who work together to provide the best possible services for our clients.

Our Speech-Language Pathologists (SLPs) have master’s degrees in communication disorders or a similar field, have a current license to practice speech pathology in the State of California, and have obtained the Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) from the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association or are actively working toward this certificate.

Our Occupational Therapists (OTs) have master’s degrees in occupational therapy, have a current license to practice occupational therapy in the State of California, and have obtained certification through the National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy.

Our Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) have master’s degrees in psychology, behavior, or a similar field and have obtained certification through the Behavior Analyst Certification Board.

Our Behavior Therapy Program Supervisors have master’s degrees.
